Rules for Specific Giveaways, Contest, Events, and Promotions

On a regular basis the radio station does a giveaway, contest, events, or promotion that requires additional guidelines or rules as required by the Federal Communications Commission.

MOM'S DAY GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES

A winner of the giveaway will get a coupon that enables he/she to redeem for 1 dozen chocolate dipped strawberries from Grandough Baking Company in Lufkin.

A winner may have the coupon mailed to him/her or may be picked up with prior notice at the KAVX Business office during normal business hours. Once a coupon is mailed, KSWP/KAVX/LEBF and Grandough Baking Company are no longer held responsible for any items that may be mishandled by a third party, such as the US Postal Service.

As stated on the coupon, a 24-hour notice must be given to Grandough Baking Company before redeeming the coupon.

The coupon from Grandough Baking Company expires on July 31, 2010.
