Little Black Dress Campaign – Sept.25-29
Sep 25 @ 6:00 am

Take the Challenge!

Participants wear one black dress for five
consecutive days, in order to illustrate the
effects poverty can gave on your access
to resources, your confidence, and
your employment opportunities.

Poverty remains an urgent problem and we
witness it each day right here in our own backyard.
With close to 20% of Angelina County residents
living below the poverty level, it is critical that
the community strives to serve those in need.
Many of our neighbors cannot afford basic items
required for daily living and others will be over-looked
for employment because of these limited  resources.

The campaign will run Sept. 25- 29.
For more information about the campaign
and how to participate, visit the
