The Salvation Army Angel Tree
Nov 30 all-day

Hundreds of children and seniors in Lufkin will receive Christmas gifts this year through The Salvation Army Angel Tree program. Generous individuals, families and businesses from our community have the opportunity to adopt a child or senior through the Angel Tree program and in a small way deliver the magic and message of Christmas to those in need.

The Angel Tree Angels will be available for adoption from November 13th – December 16th at Lufkin Mall, Belk and Hobby Lobby.

After selecting an Angel and purchasing the listed needs and gifts, the items are returned to the Angel Tree location to be processed and distributed in time for Christmas.

And as always, secure donations can be made online at
www.salvationarmytexas.org or by calling 1-800-SAL-ARMY.

Volunteers are needed to help manage tree locations, process, organize and distribute the items.

Festival of Trees- Nov. 20th – Jan.3rd

Over 150 trees have been decorated with its own theme and message and trees are sponsored by individuals and businesses in the community.

Admission is FREE and the funds raised from the tree sponsors are used for children’s art camp scholarships and special gifts to the Museum.

Rotary Waffle Bake – Nov. 28th – 30th
Nov 30 @ 5:15 pm – 7:30 pm

November 28th, 29th, & 30th.
Doors open at 5:15pm and we serve until 7:30pm.

We”l have local, hot waffles and plenty of cheer!

Proceeds support local projects such as
scholarships, Ellen Trout Zoo,
Meals-on-Wheels and many others.

Nine Flags Nacogdoches Christmas Festival

Come back home to Nacogdoches for Christmas and reminisce on the brick streets of Downtown Main Street – December 2, 2017.

The festival begins at 9:00 AM, and will last until the parade ends. Come see our vendors, food trucks, and more!

The Lighted Christmas Parade begins at 6:30 PM and will be followed by fireworks.
