19th Annual Cinco de Mayo Benefit Festival

In Kiwanis Park, Lufkin

There will be music with bands representing
all popular forms of Mexican music,
including Mariachi. There will be a boxing
tournament, children games and rides,
dunking booth, Mexican Arts & Crafts,
Mexican food, the crowning of Miss Cinco De Mayo,
over 90 vendors and a lot more!

This year, the event is called
“Let’s fill Hayley’s Pinata”.
We will have a pinata being filled with
cash donations from the public.
All collected funds from pinata will be
donated to Hayley Gomez, an 11 year old girl
in Lufkin, who was diagnosed with
Acute Myeloid Leukemia in March 2014.

The funds raised through Cinco De Mayo will
be donated as scholarships for college bound
students, to other nonprofit community
organizations, and to families experiencing a catastrophic event.

Belk stores in Texas beginning in April.

Offering FREE, convenient mammogram screenings
for women age 40 and over with no breast concerns
and who have not had a mammogram in the last 12 months.

Participants must register in advance and can
make appointments by callings 855-655-BMMC

All screening exams are performed by
Charlotte Radiology’s licensed, female
mammography-certified technologists.
A board-certified radiologists,, specialized in
breast imaging will interpret the mammogram.
Participating patients and their primary
care physicians will receive confidential results.
