Rules
- KSWP/KAVX will award a prize package to one child in each age category and from those four finalists there will be a random drawing for the Grand Prize!
- Contact information on the back must be complete or the judges will declare this form void.
- Parents accept responsibility for any accidents that may occur with the prize awarded to underage winners. Winners of legal age accept responsibility for themselves.
- All entries must be received by end of business day, Wednesday, October 24th.
- We will announce the Grand Prize decision on Monday, October 29th, at 7:20am on 90.9 KSWP with Al, Michelle & Good Friends In The Morning & on 91.9 KAVX at 7:35am.
- The winners must be able to pick up the prizes at the station(s)
- By accepting the prizes, the winner gives permission for pictures and audio to be used for publicity.
- One entry per child and all decisions by the judges are final.
